The fact theplay "los Tejanos" has been wriiten after the mexican american war ended and the facts were altered is very interesting. Why would the author give another possible ending for the play if everything had already been said and done. Maybe another piece of vital information that is missing is the origen of the original writer and what performance values where attributed to the play.
the fact the spaniard and the indians jo9ined forces against the new evil. It is ju8st another example of the devoloping latino culture. This might be the first example of a timeperiod where spaniards and indians pput their differnces aside to join together against a greater evil.
