Biography

Sayuri Guzmán is an artist, arts critic and teacher in the Dominican Republic. She studied fashion design at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and has a B.A. in Art History and Criticism. Guzmán currently organizes the International Festival of Performance and Action Art "perforMar: espacio de convergencia" in the Dominican Republic.
