École Libre

école libre reflects on the potential for creativity during periods of manifestation. The environment during the Printemps québécois in 2012 was a unique ground for the exploration of experimental art and pedagogy, where public mobilization and limited material means were used as modes of political expression.

Biography

Tina Carlisi is an artist based in Montréal. Her work explores the potential of print as a socially engaged art and design practice. Carlisi holds a BFA and a Graduate Certificate in Design, a MA in Art Education and is currently pursuing a practice-based PhD in an Individualized Program in Fine Arts at Concordia University.
