Ethan Shoshan: Private/Public Conversations

Ethan Shoshan: Private/Public Conversations Ethan Shoshan

Private/Public Conversations

In these one-on-one conversations, participants meet the artist and spend 30-45 minutes letting conversation flow organically. The talks will be archived through notes, drawings and an audio recording, informing future work. In this way, a private conversation becomes public, working to dissolve egos in order to learn something about ourselves.

Ethan Shoshan is a social ecologist who engages in aesthetic philosophical inquiries, highlighting the importance of everyday gestures. His projects bring art and experiences to what is inherent in our condition: the need to share and connect with something deeply personal in a process of learning, exploring and archiving alternative histories.
